The order by the MFR will be put into effect on the territory of the Russian Federation following IFRS:
-
IFRS 10 - "Consolidated Financial Statements";
-
IFRS 11 - "Joint Arrangements";
-
IFRS 12 - "Disclosure of Interests in Other Entities";
-
IFRS 13 - "Fair Value Measurement."
In addition, it is planned to terminate in the Russian Federation the following documents:
- IFRS (IAS) 31 "Interests in Joint Ventures"
- Clarification of RCC (SIC) 12, "Consolidation – Special Purpose Entities"
- Clarification of RCC (SIC) 13 "Jointly Controlled Entities – Non-Monetary Contributions by Venturers."
AS-Audit note: We remind that on December 5, 2011 in the Ministry of Justice has been registered by the Russian Finance Ministry order 25.11.2011, № 160n, according to which in the Russia enacted IAS 37 and 26 for clarification of international standards.
