Since January 1st 2013 The Code of Ethics for Auditors of Russia is not applicable, approved by the Audit Council under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, 31 May 2007 (Protocol № 56). Self-regulating auditors’ organizations are recommended by the same protocol to apply The Code of Professional Ethics for Auditors, approved by the Audit Council under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, 22 March 2012, which became effective at January 1st 2013.
