Since January 1st companies can develop primary accounting documents by themselves. But, as it turned out, they can develop not all documents. Recently, the Ministry of Finance in a letter dated 28.01.13 № 03-03-06/1/36 explained that it is impossible to change the way bill (approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of 15.04.11 № 272). By the time the explanations some transport companies have already changed them to the simpler form. Now, the customer may have problems with the cost certification.
